Flintshire Wood Shed aims to provide support to the individual volunteers who attend where needed. Motivating our volunteers and providing emotional and mental well-being, is kept at the heart of our activities.
Flintshire Wood Shed provides a welcoming friendly environment, giving unemployed or retired individuals an opportunity to come together, learn new skills and practice old ones in a relaxed, welcoming, and friendly environment.
Activities include repairing furniture, creating small wooden craft pieces such as planters and bird boxes for resale and joining in various ‘expert’ workshops.
Sessions are held on a Monday at Refurbs Flint, 1-3 Aber Park Industrial Estate, Flint, CH6 5EX
