As Groundwork’s training offer grows and develops, we are seeking motivated and qualified trainers with a passion for teaching and the aspiration to make a difference.

Groundwork North Wales is a highly successful training provider delivering a wide range of regulated, accredited and non-accredited training.  Our portfolio covers a wide range of health and safety, first aid, food safety, and safeguarding courses. We also deliver a range of employability and skills programmes as well as pathway programmes into specific vocations. It is therefore essential for our trainers to be have the experience and skills to work with learners who are disadvantaged or who have poor previous educational attainment levels. 

We are looking for flexible, experienced, and qualified trainer(s), full or part time, to deliver high quality training. Essentially you will hold a recognised teaching qualification as well as holding a full driving licence, competencies in some of the subject areas listed above would be a pre-requisite.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication, organisation and administrative skills, will be prepared to deliver courses online and will be prepared to travel.  So, if you have what we are looking for and are hardworking and reliable, then we look forward to hearing from you!
