As someone able to offer advice to the board, CEO and senior management team on all aspects of a retail environment, this trustee will ideally have experience in the development of new product ranges and e-commerce.
Charity Retail Trustee
Refurbs accept donations of reusable household items as well as acquiring merchandise through house clearance and bulky household waste contracts. Sold through our retail outlet in Flint we provide affordable furniture and furnishings and divert waste from landfill in the process.

As someone able to offer advice to the board, CEO and senior management team on all aspects of a retail environment, this trustee will ideally have experience in the development of new product ranges and e-commerce.
Commitments
Applicants should note that Trustees are appointed for an initial three-year term. Trustee positions are unremunerated, other than pre-agreed out of pocket expenses. Trustees attend up to 5 board meetings a year and are invited to join one of the organisation’s subgroups as well as to attend a Senior Management and Board development day. Meetings can be face to face and virtual.
